Dedicated AK- Lebanon Pennsylvania, March 28-30 2025
March 28, 2025 - March 30, 2025
8:00 am - 8:00 pm
There’s a shocking number of people in this world that’ll just declare something to be “inferior” without any real justification for this declaration. Generally, they qualify this statement of expertise by listing a number of people who don’t use it and the number of years they have been training or shooting.
Because they don’t have any expertise at all…
This 3 day class is dedicated to all things Kalash. History, design principles, misconceptions, myth busting, modification, maintenance, and fighting techniques will ALL be covered in our extensive curriculum. Any AK style rifle is permitted (this includes you Galil and Galil ACE guys), and by the end of this course. You’ll have a far greater appreciation of not only your capabilities with the rifle, but for its mechanical capabilities as well.
Concepts covered:
– Detailed history of production, to include failures and design improvements over time.
– Detailed myth busting
– Proper usage data and capabilities (they are far more than you think)
– Comparison to its closest World War 2 relative (it’s not the sturmgewehr)
– Proper zero and iron sight usage
– Efficient and dependable fighting techniques
– Augmented positions to take advantage of the design
– Stoppage clearance as well as stoppage clearance specific to the AK
– Aftermarket accessory discussion
– Modifications that will help & hurt you
– Discussion on setup for night vision
– PROPER maintenance
– Efficient usage & problem solving under stress
***NOTE*** The “end time” in the description is a lie, we will have a night shoot on the first day of class, and we work until we cover what we need to. This means that there is no “we will be done by” time.
