Performance pistol

We can be as “tactical” as we want to be, have the best techniques, and put ourselves in the best possible position to deal with any threat within the realm of self defense. But if we do not have the appropriate skills to match that martial oriented mindset, then we place ourselves into increasingly more difficult situations for no other reason than the fact that we focused on the martial side of the house without a focus on development of our individual skills. Efficiency, urgency, balancing speed and accuracy, and unconscious competence allows us to better solve the problems that the world around us forces us to. This course focuses on developing and refining your individual skills either after you have developed a fighting style, or before you have developed a fighting style. Note that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE TRAINNG BEFORE THIS COURSE. Reason being is if you have not developed a fighting style, you can incorporate the skills learned from this class into your martial development later on. If you already have training, you can use this course to diagnose every individual step that you take to that fighting style to make your shooting as fast and accurate as you can regardless of circumstance. Which allows you to solve problems greater than “what do I do with my hands?”

Either way, this is an individual development course that places you in a proper position to accurately understand how to self diagnose and better yet, sends you home with ways to continue that individual development.

Concepts covered:
-Efficient draw techniques/ Sight acquisition
-Efficient reloads
-Body mechanics improvement with both individual positions and trigger manipulation
-Passive vs active recoil control
-Individual evaluation & diagnosis on current improvement and a “how to” for personal development
-Efficient target to target transitions
-Competent, conscious, & rhythmic speed shooting development
-Efficient mental processing focused on deliberate improvement on unconscious competency and problem solving.

Gear list as follows:
-Quality self defense pistol. (a spare pistol or back up gun is a good idea)
-Minimum of 4 pistol magazines (x2 for single stack guys), but more is always better
-1400 rounds of factory pistol ammunition
-Quality concealed or duty holster and belt
-Eye / ear protection.
-NOTE TAKING MATERIAL IS MANDATORY
-Sunscreen
-Bug spray
-Rain/ cold weather gear
-Gun cleaning gear/ tools (gear gets weird in training)
You will need to bring a lunch, our lunches do not exceed an hour.

There is a $50 range fee that will be paid on arrival.
